Andrzej is creation and development Internet projects of new media, both as manager and private investor. He was involving in many financial transactions as bonds issue for stock companies as MW Trade S.A., Redan S.A., Gino Rossi S.A., Warimpex S.A. or ZM Henryk Kania S.A.

    Previously, Andrzej worked as Investment Manager for VC investment in the Orkla Media ASA. He created also a couple of Internet portals from scratch, developing and then selling them to the strategic investors. Conducted a series of advisory transactions and recognized polish and foreign big new media companies as Wakacje.pl, Morele.net, EU-Supply.com or eBid.co.uk.

    He holds supervisory board positions at public or non-public companies, such as: Parcel Technik SA or TNN Finance SA. Andrzej was also the person responsible for business development Private Equity of the US fund in Poland – Yorkville Advisors LLC.
